Aarvee conducted Detailed Project Report (DPR) studies for three new corridors under the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL), covering a total length of 4,500 km. This monumental task, the largest of its kind undertaken by a single consultant, involved extensive studies across multiple disciplines to design corridors optimized for heavy-haul freight traffic with a 32.5-tonne axle load.

Aarvee (in JV) is proud to serve as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) project, India’s first bullet train corridor. This prestigious project is a cornerstone of India’s ambitions to modernize its transportation infrastructure, providing a fast, efficient, and sustainable travel solution between two of the country’s key economic hubs.

For Corridor 4 of Phase II of the Chennai Metro in India, Aarvee (in JV) was responsible for delivering comprehensive detailed design services across multiple disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP components for 18 elevated stations. Our scope also extended to Track & Alignment designs for the 15.8 km stretch between Meenakshi College Underground Station and Poonamallee Bypass, covering a total track length of 30.58 km.

Aarvee Associates provided Independent Engineer Services for the 86.74 km, 8-lane access-controlled Greenfield Expressway, part of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Featuring rigid pavement, the project includes 4 interchanges, 4 ROBs, 7 major bridges, 29 minor bridges, 8 flyovers, and 107 underpasses. Aarvee ensured adherence to engineering standards while overseeing the development of world-class Wayside Amenities, including truck parking, a food plaza, motel, trauma center, dormitory, fuel station, garages, and a helipad.

Conducting a topographic and hydrographic survey of the reservoir entails key tasks. First, soil sampling assesses the type, pattern, and aerial distribution of the soil, providing essential insights into the reservoir's characteristics. A comparison of the current elevation, area, and capacity helps evaluate its state. Additionally, the survey examines the quantity and locations of sediment deposits, crucial for reservoir health. Finally, a detailed study develops de-silting measures and a sediment management plan to ensure sustainability.

Designing, developing, managing, and implementing a smart city project under the Smart City Mission transforms urban areas through advanced technologies and sustainable practices. The site covers an area of 3.0 acres, with a built-up area of 13,215 square meters. The building features a cellar plus ground floor and five additional floors, which house training halls, conference halls, office spaces, a cafeteria, maintenance and service rooms, as well as entrance and waiting lobby areas. Additionally, Aarvee Associates has completed a master plan for the development, ensuring a strategic and organized approach to the site.
