T. Anand Mohan heads Aarvee’s Water and Environment sector, one of the organisation’s fastest-growing business verticals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and has been associated with Aarvee since 2017.

Under his leadership, the division has expanded significantly, delivering large-scale multidisciplinary infrastructure programs across water supply, wastewater, urban infrastructure, and environmental engineering. He has played a key role in executing complex assignments, including major city-scale planning and design initiatives and some of the organisation’s largest project management engagements.

With nearly three decades of experience across public and private sector projects in India and international markets, Mr. Mohan brings strong technical expertise and integrated project delivery insight to the sector. His leadership continues to strengthen Aarvee’s capabilities in sustainable infrastructure, multidisciplinary coordination, and the successful delivery of complex water and environmental programs.

Sneha Redla represents the next generation of leadership at Aarvee, driving the company’s strategic evolution into a globally integrated, technology-enabled infrastructure consultancy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois.

She leads corporate strategy and international expansion, overseeing Aarvee’s growth in key global markets including Australia and the United Kingdom, while advancing new sector platforms such as digital engineering, data centres, and airport infrastructure. She also works extensively in the Rail and Metro Rail sector, contributing to project strategy, operations, and business development across complex infrastructure programs.

Sneha plays a key role in strengthening innovation and automation across the organisation, with a focus on technology adoption and scalable delivery capabilities. Her leadership is centred on positioning Aarvee for the future through global growth, multidisciplinary integration, and next-generation infrastructure solutions.

Malladi Murthy is a Whole-time Director at Aarvee with nearly four decades of experience in rail and infrastructure engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the College of Engineering, Kakinada, and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

He leads Aarvee’s Rail and Transit sector, which has grown under his leadership into one of the organisation’s largest business verticals. He has played a key role in building the division from its early stages while expanding capabilities into related sectors such as ports, airports, and ropeways, contributing significantly to Aarvee’s sector diversification and growth.

Known for his clarity of thought, calm approach, and openness to innovation, Mr. Murthy works closely with leadership teams to guide business expansion and strengthen multidisciplinary capabilities. He is widely respected by clients and colleagues for his mentorship and his ability to drive high-quality outcomes across complex infrastructure programs.

Mekala Kishore Kumar is a Whole-time Director at Aarvee with more than 38 years of experience in transportation infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Nagpur University and has been associated with Aarvee since 2009.

He leads Aarvee’s highways sector, overseeing design, project management, and operations and maintenance assignments across India and international markets. Recognised for his strong technical expertise in highway engineering and contract management, he brings deep insight into project execution, dispute resolution, and claims management across complex infrastructure programs.

Widely respected by clients and industry stakeholders, Mr. Kishore is frequently invited to support institutional capacity building and provide advisory input on project challenges and contract matters beyond Aarvee’s assignments. His leadership ensures high standards of engineering quality, contractual clarity, and delivery efficiency across large-scale transportation projects.

Venkateshwar Reddy Banda is a Whole-time Director at Aarvee with over 36 years of experience in infrastructure consulting. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

As one of the earliest members of the organisation, he has been closely associated with Aarvee’s growth since its formative years, working alongside the leadership team to expand the company’s capabilities across multiple infrastructure sectors. He has played a significant role in establishing and developing several technical divisions, contributing to Aarvee’s multidisciplinary strength.

He currently oversees a broad portfolio of sectors including buildings, irrigation, geospatial, urban infrastructure, and power. Known for his strong engineering fundamentals and cross-sector expertise, he brings a holistic perspective to complex projects, supporting efficient delivery, technical integrity, and integrated engineering solutions across large-scale programs.

R. V. Chakrapani is the Founder and Managing Director of Aarvee and a respected leader in the global infrastructure consulting industry. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.

Since founding Aarvee in 1989, Mr. Chakrapani has led its evolution from a small engineering practice into a globally recognised multidisciplinary infrastructure consultancy. His vision has been to build an organisation rooted in engineering excellence, innovation, and delivery integrity, combining deep technical expertise with practical execution to create infrastructure that is efficient, resilient, and impactful.

He is known for his strong engineering orientation and forward-looking approach to technology adoption, driving the integration of advanced tools, digital engineering, and multidisciplinary collaboration into project delivery. Under his leadership, Aarvee has expanded its capabilities across multiple infrastructure sectors while establishing a growing international presence across Australia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
