Aarvee was appointed by NHAI to provide consultancy services for preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Package-II of the Surat–Nashik–Ahmednagar–Solapur–Akkalkot greenfield economic corridor under the Bharatmala Programme.
The project is structured for potential implementation under PPP (DBFOT), HAM, or EPC modes and covers multiple greenfield stretches aimed at improving freight movement efficiency across Maharashtra.

Key Challenges

  • Managing complex interface conditions with multiple contractors executing tunnelling and station works simultaneously
  • Coordinating operations involving 15 trench cutters and 17 tunnel boring machines (TBMs) across dense urban corridors
  • Executing 3- and 4-level underground stations in Class I hard rock strata
  • Delivering double-decker elevated sections and stations (5 locations)
  • Navigating extensive underground utility networks, including sewer, water, and stormwater systems
