Project Management experience. Should have similar work experience in execution of integrated infrastructure projects, having exposure in execution of key components like roads, Storm water network, Water supply, Underground sewerage systems, Underground power networks. Must have at least project management experience of 5years.

Prepare architectural conceptual designs/ drawings & working drawings. Review of architectural drawings, Design change notices, Periodic site inspections on requirement and submission of inspection reports. Experience in government projects minimum 2 years.

B. Tech in Civil with 5+ years of experience preferably in commercial, residential and institutional building construction projects. Preparation of progress reports, recording workdone measurements, BOQ & cost estimate. Experience in government projects minimum 2 years.

Review of plumbing designs & drawings, shall able to guide the plumbing work at site. Shall able to design the plumbing networks (Water, sewer & storm water). Should have good report writing skills.

Experience required in handling Railway/Highway project as liaison manager undertaking land acquisition for Construction BOT Agency.

15 years in design related to execution of Structures preferably near by running track (OR) At least 3years design experience in JA or equivalent Grade and above of Engineering department or of Page -82 Agreement Railways and/or as JGM and above in civil engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/ any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.

Strong experience in designing, design review, structural analysis related to execution of Structures/Bridges/Buildings preferable nearby running track.

Experience required in design related to bridges and execution of Structures preferably nearby running track.

Lead the design review and proof checking of the design of railway station buildings and associated facilities, ensuring functional planning, architectural and structural integration, compliance with railway standards, constructability, and timely resolution of design issues in coordination with the client and project teams.
